A New Yoga and Pilates Blog at b5media - Yay!

You know I love Pilates, but now that I am getting ready for another FET (frozen embryo transfer) I still don’t have answers as to how much and when I can reintroduce Pilates back into my routine post-transfer.
I’ve finally decided (after a few false starts) that I am down with Yoga. But I’m still not […]

Which Comes First, Chicken or the Egg? Stress or Infertility?

Start a Fully Fertile Book Club

I know that I keep tempting you with a full book review of Fully Fertile: A 12-Week Plan for Optimal Fertility, but the more I read, the more I think it makes sense to share some of the “a ha!” moments it provides to me, as they are happening. Look for several of these this […]

In a good way.
I was so pleased to see this appear in the online version of today’s Wall Street Journal. The post was in response to this Sunday’s New York Times Magazine which discusses the decline of birth rates and its implications. I LOVE the title of the WSJ post:
One Way to Higher […]

One Egg or Two? Oh Sorry, You Only Get One

BBC News reports that IVF clinics in the United Kingdom have been given a mandate to reduce the number of multiple births resulting from IVF treatments from 25% to 10% over the next three years. This means, “increasing the proportion of women who have a single embryo transferred back into their womb,” as opposed […]
