You know I love Pilates, but now that I am getting ready for another FET (frozen embryo transfer) I still don’t have answers as to how much and when I can reintroduce Pilates back into my routine post-transfer.
I’ve finally decided (after a few false starts) that I am down with Yoga. But I’m still not […]

You know that I am trying to embrace a mind-body connection during this cycle. I’ve been talking about prana and Qi. I am guessing some of my real life friends are scratching their heads thinking, “what’s gotten into her?”
Well, if I ask myself truthfully, I guess I trust my mind more than my body. I […]

It happened.
Tonight around 7 p.m.
I went to a yoga class that absolutely kicked *ss (and kicked my *ass to boot). It was fabulous. It was wonderful. It was hard!!! Holy crap is your body supposed to do that? Frankly, I was amazed at what my own body was doing. I had no idea.
Unlike the morning […]

You remember the Sticks and Stones series, right? That’s when me and my pal Angelique from Breaking the Mirror put together some of the comments we hate to hear and asked you to comment on them, which many of you did. Thanks!
For those of you who were left speechless, or at least at a loss […]

Good lordessa, is it Friday already?
You know what that means. It’s time to announce a winner. I mean, you’re all winners in my book, but this particular Friday one of you is getting a packet of goodness mailed to you. Specifically, a 3-month supply of Fertility Blend dietary supplements.
