Comebacks for Those Phrases You Hate to Hear
You remember the Sticks and Stones series, right? That’s when me and my pal Angelique from Breaking the Mirror put together some of the comments we hate to hear and asked you to comment on them, which many of you did. Thanks!
For those of you who were left speechless, or at least at a loss for a snappy comeback, go visit DC at Lupus Pie. She’s compiled her own set of (least) favorite phrases and shared her best responses with you all in her post, “Ten Things Never to Say to Someone Dealing with Infertility.” I read them and for most of them thought,
“D*mn, Why didn’t I think to say that?”

Same here. I’m always at a loss when people say stupid things about IF. I get stupid comments about adoption as well. Ughh..
